i fell out of the lychee tree

today is the day
that i fell out of the lychee tree
i am so grateful for its fruit
and so grateful for this life
another gift of pain to remind me
of the body that temporarily houses my spirit
i will not carry this pain as a burden
i will not question why this happened
but i will be careful as i climb the tree next time
to not linger too long on a weak branch that cannot support my weight
i landed on the grass
and i jumped to my feet
i went from twenty feet on the air
to the ground in a second
and i could not believe it was real
and so i save this experience as a valuable lesson
so i can remember i am not invincible

onseas Echely

this is the season
so don't forget your bag
when you climb into the tree
the fruit must have a place
branches

Onseas Echyle
anagram name of the day
i don't want to forget
as i have remembered many a thing i had forgotten
today

haikus for empty room and fugue

the song is a tool;

yes, a graceful growing vine

used to harmonize

planets in our souls,

each star becomes a moment

measurement of shapes

beyond here and now

wetware encapsulating

further to remain

black white infinite

endless spiral transistor

light, or time travel?

tune imperfect cents

J.S. Bach would have wanted

a synthesizer

the harmony of the spheres () <| () () ()

is why i am in our ear () () () () () () ()

[A work of art must not be beauty in itself, for beauty is dead; nor should it be gay or sad, light or dark, to delight or mistreat the individual by serving him the pastries of saintly haloes.] - Tristan Tzara

it's oh so loud

24,000 watts straight to the brain, in my right place
and why? when there's not a cloud in the clear night sky
